Have you ever wondered what makes HKIA one of the world’s best airports, or thought about specifics of airplane models or flight times? Then the Aviation Discovery Centre is your answer.
A small museum in Terminal 2’s SkyMall, it is filled with interactive and theme-based exhibits that unveil the history of HKIA and wonders of aviation. Several highlights include the commercial cockpit and flight stimulator that lets visitors taste the moments of being a pilot.

2. Enjoy crispy milk tea at Tsui Wah Restaurant:
Bold and popular, Tsui Wah Eatery is one of Hong Kong’s busiest restaurants with its delicious mash up of Hong Kong styled Western food. 3. Golf at SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course:
Adjacent to Asia World Expo close to Terminal 2, Nine Eagles is the ideal challenge for golfers with its nine-hole course. Inspired by the 17th hole at Tournament Players Club in Sawgrass, Florida, it has a unique design – including the “Island Green” design at Hole 7 that features an island lake and “Extended Bunkering” design at Hole 3, over a sand area to a raised green.

4. Catch a movie at UA IMAX @ Airport:
Originally known as 4D extreme screen, UA IMAX cinema boasts a super-sized screen stretching 64 ft. by 44 ft. The cinema shows 3D, 35mm, and “4D” movies, with special effects including snowfall, fog, bubbles, lights, and water spray.

5. Pamper yourself at the Plaza Premium Lounge:
The newest addition to HKIA, the Plaza Premium Lounge is the vision of leading designer Kinney Chan of KCA. The Plaza Premium Lounge offers spa, massage, and shower services for all visitors. There are also Wi-Fi stations, food and beverages, and business centre facilities to cater to your needs. Plaza Premium Lounge is open 24 hours.

6. Grab a Lou Po Beng (wife cake) and Chinese pastries at Kee Wah Bakery:
Shopping for last minute gifts or trying to satisfy your sweet tooth? 7. Find the trick art installations:
Eight pieces of optical illusion art are hidden around the departure levels of Terminal 1, all of which have local themes including lion dances, goldfish market, and Cantonese Opera. Come experience the art hunt and take pictures with 3D images. If you are in the departures gate, you may also catch the Cantonese Opera and Bruce Lee exhibitions around Gates 22 and 62 in Terminal 1.
